That's the truth. The NuWave really performed as advertised, even when preparing completely frozen pieces of meat. Thick sausage links or pork chops cooked in less time than frying or broiling, didn't burn and retained the their natural juices. Vegetables turned out fresh and hot, similar to steaming, but needed to be sliced thin enough to keep them away from the top-mounted heating element.
